Common questions
Can I really replace ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. with GEXI?
For most everyday use cases, yes. GEXI calls the same underlying providers (OpenAI, Flux, ElevenLabs, etc.) behind a unified UI. If you're a power user with very specific workflows in one tool, you may still want to keep that subscription — but the typical user gets meaningful savings and one login to manage.
What happens if I hit a limit on my plan?
You'll see a friendly upgrade prompt. You can either bump to the next tier, buy a credit pack, or wait for your next billing cycle. Free always stays free for the things that don't cost us per-call (search, utility tools, translate, etc.).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Click "Manage billing in Stripe" from your billing page — cancel takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep your current tier's benefits until then.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits sit in your account until used, regardless of which plan you're on. They stack with subscription quotas — once you hit your monthly limit, credits kick in automatically.
Can I get a refund?
If you're unhappy within the first 14 days, write us. For unused subscription time we'll generally refund pro rata; credit packs are non-refundable once spent. We're a small team — we'll work with you on weird cases.
Is the content I generate mine?
On Pro and above: yes, with full commercial license. On Free and Lite: personal use only — upgrade to Pro before using anything commercially. (Underlying providers' terms still apply for things like deepfakes or impersonation — common-sense rules.)
