Refund Policy
1. Subscription Plans
If you subscribed within the last 7 days and have not consumed substantial usage on the plan, you can request a full refund. Email hello@gexi.app with your account email.
Subscriptions cancelled outside the 7-day window are not refunded. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
2. Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits never expire.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 14 days. After 14 days, no refund is available, but you can cancel and retain access through the end of the year.
4. Service Issues
If a generation fails due to our error and the issue isn't resolved within 24 hours, you can request a credit equal to the affected usage. We will not refund for issues caused by upstream model outages, but we'll document them on our status page.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Disputes
Refund disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair. If you feel a refund decision was incorrect, email hello@gexi.app for review.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@gexi.app from the email address on your account with:
- Reason for the request
- The plan / pack purchased
- Date of purchase
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
